SamsungSamsung NV11 : According to a publication at Engadget, a web magazine with obsessive daily coverage of everything new in gadgets and consumer Electronics, Samsung is going to unveil a new 10 Megapixel digital compact camera; the Samsung NV11. The Samsung NV11 incorporates a 10.1 Megapixel CCD image sensor and a 5.0x optical zoom lens. Like its predecessor the Samsung NV11 digital compact camera features ASR (Advanced Shake Reduction) which prevents the degradation of image clarity and colour common to flash Photography. With ASR the effects of camera shake are reduced in lower light conditions. At this moment it is not clear when the new Samsung NV11 will be introduced, but PMA 2007 is in sight!

The new Samsung NV11 has a sleek, brushed black aluminum body and compact design. Assuming the Samsung NV11 supports PictBridge Printing pictures is easy by directly connecting the digital camera to a printer through a USB interface.

Samsung NV11 digital camera features
• 10.1 Megapixel CCD
• Schneider 5.0x optical zoom lens
• Face Recognition technology
• 2.7-inch LCD monitor
• Advanced Shake Reduction technology
• MPEG-4 VGA (640 x 480 pixels) at 30 fps
• 1600 ISO support
