HPHP at Paperworld 2007 : “Think future!” is the theme of Paperworld 2007 in Frankfurt where the office supplies industry will be gathering from 24th to 28th January. At this leading international trade fair for paper and office supplies visitors can gain an inside look at the latest future trends. HP will be on hand to present its pioneering products and technologies at the HP Expertise Centre. The focus of the HP exhibit will be on HP Everyday papers with ColorLok technology, HP Vivera inks and HP ColorSphere toners - optimally coordinated innovations that make it possible to create professional-quality printed documents. Visitors to the HP stand will see the ease with which quality can be created in marketing demonstrations.
HP at Paperworld 2007Paperworld 2007 - ColorLok technology
HP Everyday papers with ColorLok technology - high-performance paper for everyday use. Today, paper is much more than just shredded, bleached wood, and ink and toner are more than just colorant. Behind every HP product lies a wealth of technological know-how and years of development. For example, HP Everyday papers with ColorLok technology offer high print quality, smudge-resistance and shorter drying times. The technology that goes into making this paper is the result of joint research by HP and International Paper, a US company that specialises in the manufacture of paper and packaging materials. ColorLok technology is based on two special additives embedded directly into the paper in a special manufacturing process. They hold the ink near the surface of the paper for improved optical density, giving bolder, darker blacks and more vivid colours. These additives also improve the ability of the inks to dry quickly, making them less susceptible to smearing from handling and more resistant to water.

Paperworld 2007 - HP Vivera printing inks
HP Vivera inks. HP Vivera printing inks deliver brilliant, enduring colour. This outstanding performance is achieved through a blend of top-quality ingredients, special ink recipes and a unique manufacturing process to produce, pure, high-grade printing inks. The result is laboratory-quality photos at prices as low as €0.19 per photo with HP Photo Packs. An entire line of HP products, including HP Premium Plus photo paper and selected HP printers, has been optimised for use with these printing inks.

Paperworld 2007 - HP ColorSphere toner
HP ColorSphere toner - a new dimension in colour. HP ColorSphere toner technology underlines the importance of toner in achieving good prints. The secret of this higher print quality is in the chemical make-up, additives and electrostatic properties of the toner developed through 20 years of research. ColorSphere toner delivers up to 40 percent more brilliance and offers a colour range that is up to 20 percent wider than previous generations of HP colour toner. HP ColorSphere toner also ensures constant loading control under widely varying environmental conditions throughout the entire lifecycle of the toner cartridge. Each print dot is generated with a consistently equal quantity of toner. This ensures realistic colour reproduction and precise colour value.

Paperworld 2007 - HP In-house marketing
HP In-house Marketing - simple, flexible and fast. HP In-house Marketing is a collective term for the simple, flexible and inexpensive desktop production of advertising materials and business documents. Professional-quality mailings, flyers, offers and price lists can be easily and quickly created with HP hardware and printing supplies. This avoids lengthy run-up times and drawn-out approval procedures that are often the case with conventional printing jobs. At the same time the user enjoys total, flexible control over the entire creation and printing process.

Paperworld 2007 - HP accessory shelving concepts
HP accessory shelving concepts - greater presentation clarity for dealers and retailers. The objective of the new HP shelving concept is to provide dealers and retailers with a convenient and effective vehicle for displaying the constantly growing range of original HP accessories and printing supplies. It includes promotional products, double and triple packs and photo sets as well as the printer upgrade programme. The concept also simplifies cross- and up-selling. HP shelving partners will be available at the HP stand to explain and discuss the new accessory and printing supply shelving concepts, and HP experts will also be on hand to discuss specific requirements.
