TV Broadcasting overlaid by Internet content : TVNGO the Israeli technology developer of a hardware and software system enable Internet overlay on TV broadcasting, resulting seamless Internet/broadcast portal friendly navigated by remote control and distributed for free. A demonstration will be held at Bellagio hotel on Jan 10th-11th Las Vegas. TVNGO features consist of relevant Internet contents formatted for TV screen (streaming movies, videos, web sites), changing at viewer will by using his RC and shifting from broadband channels to Internet contents in a seamless manner including situations when blended Internet and broadcasting show a single frame.

International CES 2007 Las Vegas
The pioneering system (world patent pending) is presented internationally at CES, has made it breakthrough in Israel when a Tel Aviv listed company (ICON TV Media) has entered into license agreement for Israel, completed pilot (phase 1) and is heading for its commercial exploitation. TVNGO, Israeli/Chinese joint venture, has also concluded an agreement with Chinese cable TV operator to deploy 300,000 units of TVNGO STB over 5 years. The company also signed an agreement with Shuttle Inc (Taipei listed co, world wide PC manufacturer) to develop its middleware concept for its XPC and CARPC.
