Memorex Inkjet Printable Media
An elite panel of judges organized by the Consumer Electronics Association evaluated thousands of products, and selected Memorex Inkjet Printable Media with AquaGuard technology in the Computer Accessories category for its user value, unique and novel features, and design qualities. Imation Corp engineered the premium AquaGuard coating using a proprietary nanoparticle technology that grips and holds ink to lock images in place, exactly where they are applied, unlike standard inkjet media that easily smears when exposed to moisture.
AquaGuard technology
"Using a favorite photo on the surface of a CD or DVD is a great way to create a customized disc, but AquaGuard technology lets you create a keepsake-quality disc," said Carla Pihowich, director of marketing for Imation's Consumer Division. "We're thrilled that the Consumer Electronics Association has recognized the benefit for high quality solution that lets consumers keep life's important moments safe and looking as sharp today as they will after years of sharing, playback and handling."
