GlobalMediaGlobalMedia iREZ K2r video webcam : GlobalMedia Group, LLC, announced that sales of its totally redesigned K2r video webcam is far surpassing expectations and has exceeded early sales of any other product in the company's history. The K2r, which was first offered in May of this year, has become the first choice for video conference equipment and systems suppliers. "We continue to be impressed with the iREZ K2r camera performance," said John Antanaitis, vice president of marketing for video communications at Polycom. "The GlobalMedia K2r is an affordable, stylish camera that works seamlessly with the Polycom PVX desktop video conference software, providing excellent quality video with reduced load on the PC processor."

The new K2r, which replaced the popular K2 camera, conforms to the new RoHS international standards for the electronics industry. "The redesigned K2r is by far the best camera value in the visual communication market today," stated Joel Barthelemy, CEO and Founder of GlobalMedia. "The consumer market was flooded with web cameras that didn't offer the quality required for professional use, including telemedicine and enterprise applications. The K2r not only offers high quality, but at an affordable cost."
