OlympusOlympus digital camera service centre : Olympus Canada Inc., a precision technology leader, designing and delivering imaging solutions in healthcare, life science, and photography, announced the launch of a digital camera service centre in Markham, Ontario and a new Canadian website. "Olympus is committed to serving the Canadian market," said Mark Gumz, president, Olympus Canada Inc. "We take pride in designing and introducing innovative digital photography products, and we want to ensure that we have the local resources in place to support our consumers and our products. Our new service centre and website are designed to address consumers needs today and in the future." The Canadian service centre officially opened in September.

The service centre and website will offer customers access to Olympus' international programs, courses, service and support. "This marks a new era for our Canadian consumers and dealers," Gumz continued. "Thanks to our new service centre, customers and dealers will experience improved response rates for service and maintenance of audio products, digital cameras, binoculars and film cameras." Olympus' new website features Canadian pricing information and localized content.
