Nokia Photokina booth : Nokia set up its booth in a strategic position between the digital camera manufacturers. The striking white Nokia booth showed its newest compact camphones, some in combination with an Epson mini-printer, others with only a headphone. There is no stopping of the camphone's mars, which is on the up and up and although photographers stubbornly refuse to consider the little wonder gadget as a camera, the rest of us can't get enough of it. No wonder - you always have your mobile with you and you can capture any nice moments directly with the inbuilt camera.

Nokia N95 camphone - Carl Zeiss lens
The new Nokia N95 camphone is evidence that Nokia is taking digital photography seriously. This little mobile has an inbuilt camera and can take photos in a resolution of 5 Megapixels. Although there is still some difference in quality, every new mobile on the market shows improvements in image processing and processing software. It looks as if it is only a matter of time before (most) of the digital compact camera market is re-divided into camphones and compact cameras.

The Nokia N95 is a show stealer. It has a 5 Megapixel sensor and a Carl Zeiss lens which lets you take high quality photos and video recordings. The TV out interface makes it possible to play recordings directly on a TV. Of course, you can also admire the pictures in the display. The 2.6 inch format display gives an attractive reproduction of the pictures that are also saved on a microSD flash memory card. Style and functionality coming together to form a powerful combination!
