EpsonEpson AcuLaser C3800 laser printer : Epson launches the AcuLaser C3800 laser printer as the ideal A4 printing device for small to medium businesses and larger corporations requiring a printer that offers speed, reliability and security. The Epson AcuLaser C3800 laser printer is incredibly quiet and features a highly intuitive graphics interface, making it very easy to use and maintain. The secure printing feature allows printing directly from a USB key as well as password-protected printing where confidentiality is important. With Epson’s Application Specific Integrated Circuit technology (ASIC), engine performance is optimised and the result is a fast processing time and a first page-out in less than 15 seconds.
Epson AcuLaser C3800Epson C3800 - Capacity
Monochrome and full colour documents are printed at a speed of 25ppm and 20ppm respectively, saving precious time and making the AcuLaser C3800 one of the fastest printers in its class. With a maximum monthly print volume of 60,000 pages and the capacity to hold up to 1250 sheets at a time, large print jobs can be dealt with quickly and easily.

Epson AcuLaser C3800 - Resolution
If one of the colour toners is empty before the print-job has finished, the AcuLaser C3800 will automatically convert from colour to monochrome to finish the job. This unique feature saves time and the frustration of having to change the toner and re-print the document. Photo-like print quality and professional text are achieved due to a colour resolution of 4800 RIT1. Complex print jobs including presentations, charts and graphs can be produced with the finest detail, sharpness and clear, crisp tones. The AcuLaser C3800 is also very quiet when printing and has noiseless standby.

Epson AcuLaser C3800 printer - USB key
Epson’s USB Memory Print Maker ensures confidential documents are printed securely. Sensitive documents can be saved onto a USB key, inserted directly into the AcuLaser C3800 and printed on demand, to prevent any potential confidentiality breaches. When printing a PDF file from a computer, it can be password-protected so the document will not print until the password is manually input via the printers control panel .

Epson C3800 laser printer - LCD screen
Epson has incorporated a number of features into the AcuLaser C3800 for easy maintenance, reliability and cost efficiency. A highly intuitive user interface features a large LCD screen that displays live status information, such as the levels of consumables or error information, as text and simple, clear graphics. These easy-to-understand graphics show how to fix common faults such as paper jams or how to change the toner. Minor problems can be fixed quickly and easily, which optimises workplace productivity and reduces IT support costs. The AcuLaser C3800 also has high toner capacity, which translates to a lower cost per print, a key factor for IT and Purchasing Managers.

Epson AcuLaser C3800 printer - Software
The AcuLaser C3800 can be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructure, which is an important consideration for all businesses. The printer will interface with a range of connectivity options including Hi-Speed USB (2.0 compatible) and Ethernet, and supports printer languages including PCL6, Adobe Postscript 3TM and ESC/Page Colour as standard.
