Wacom Training DVD presents Real-Life Photoshop Workflow : Wacom, the leading manufacturer of pen tablets and interactive pen displays, and Video2Brain, a leading production company of video trainings, today announce the release of Video2Brain’s training DVD ’Real-Life Photoshop Workflows‘. The content of the DVD has been developed in close co-operation between Video2Brain and Wacom. It provides professional photographers and digital imaging enthusiasts with an insight into the creative process, offering tips to improve the digital workflow using Adobe Photoshop and the Intuos3 pen tablet along with tutorials about retouching and image manipulation. The training DVD ’Real-Life Photoshop Workflows‘ is available for 59,95 Euro.

Professional digital workflows
Five internationally successful photo graphers and digital artists present their work for clients like Carlsberg, Harley-Davidson, DHL or Volkswagen and demonstrate their creative process from the initial image to final digital result. The experts explain their individual configuration of the Wacom pen tablet and show how working with the Wacom Intuos3 pen tablet accelerates retouching and image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop.
Robin Preston - Photoshop Workflow
The workshop of digital artist Robin Preston starts with his technique of ’dirty concepts‘ and leads to complex digital compositions. He explains his personal settings for the tablet and the pen and introduces different approaches to create masks in Photoshop to arrange and combine elements of an image.
Large format panoramic images
Photographer and artist Thomas Bredenfeld demonstrates the creation of his large format panoramic images of mountains. He combines single images using RealViz Stitcher and finalises the picture using Photoshop to achieve a very special effect.
Imaging process
Ed Lee presents a detailed workshop illustrating the process from the first briefing to the final image. A composition of images shows how a motorbike can be presented in an effective way.
Retouch and compose images
People photographer Christian Lord Otto introduces interesting and unconventional ways to retouch and compose images. He shows how to add colours to black and white images and how to process Camera RAW.
Characteristic of portraits
Hubertus Küppers has developed his individual techniques to highlight the mood and characteristic of portraits. He explains the effective use of the Magic Wand Tool and Photoshop's adjustment layers.
