Kis photo me groupKIS SpeedLab 100 Mini Kiosk : KIS/Photo-Me Group today introduced one of the most affordable, yet reliable and feature-rich, self-service digital photo kiosks in the marketplace at the photokina trade show here. The new SpeedLab 100 - in free-standing and counter-top configurations - is on display this week in the company’s exhibit booth (Hall 10.2, Stand A-050 - C-059). Designed to be located within the photo retail location, The SpeedLab 100 represents a true self-service solution, KIS/Photo-Me said. The unit’s full functionality provides the consumer with a range of appealing products, which can be paid for in a variety of ways - cash, credit card or pre-paid card.

In addition, the SpeedLab 100 delivers trendy, high-margin products, such as ring tone, logo and game downloads; remote printing services; and even the consumer’s horoscope to generate substantial incremental income for the retailer, the company said. “Our new SpeedLab 100 is one of the least expensive mini-kiosks in the market - but it provides the best value for the money - as well as a very effective revenue-generator,” said Thierry Villard, President of KIS/Photo-Me. “It’s compact and modular, with a very appealing design that attracts attention, and it represents yet another valuable, attainable, creative imaging solution for the photo retailer.”

KIS SpeedLab 100 photo kiosk - Three configurations
The SpeedLab 100 is available in three configurations: a stand-alone kiosk networked to one or two printers and equipped with self-serve payment systems; or counter-top unit configured the same way; and a counter-top order station connected to a backroom photo lab via a LAN or DSL connection. All three versions come equipped with a bright, 15-inch touch screen to display services and receive instructions. They all accept virtually every popular image input format, and they all provide images on CD as well as prints, the company said. The new SpeedLab 100 mini-kiosk is available today. Pricing and other product information is available by contacting any authorized KIS/Photo-Me distributor.
