Canon Europe acquires solutions provider NT-Ware

CanonCanon Europe acquires German solutions provider NT-Ware : Canon Europe, world-leader in imaging technology solutions, has bolstered its offering in the business solutions arena by acquiring a 35% stake in German solutions provider NT-Ware. NT-Ware delivers workflow and business process improvement solutions to the printing, manufacturing and retail industries across the EMEA region. Canon’s collaboration with NT-Ware will add significant value to the Canon Business Solutions (CBS) product proposition, by providing exclusive access to NT-Ware’s innovative technology and, by doing so, will create clear competitive advantage.
Canon Europe acquires solutions provider NT-WareuniFLOW Output Manager solution
NT-Ware has been a business partner of Canon since 1999 and its highly flexible and scalable uniFLOW Output Manager solution is already being sold by Canon throughout the EMEA region. uniFLOW Output Manager enables businesses to manage and control print output and document accountability more effectively and its modular nature enables the creation of tailored solutions for multiple applications - including accounting, workflow management, printing security and professional printing - for customers of any size; from SMEs to large Corporates.

Canon Europe partners NT-Ware
The deal, which will realise a 70% share holding for Canon over a 2 year period, is further demonstration of Canon Europe’s strategy to provide customers with innovative print and document management solutions. Hajime Tsuruoka, President and CEO of Canon Europe said: “We look forward to working in partnership with the team at NT-Ware to develop solutions that add real value to our customers and further differentiate Canon from its competitors.”

NT-Ware is based in Bad Iburg, Germany and has grown to a workforce of 23 highly skilled employees since it was established in 1998.
